Summer Mixtape: Packing Up

The Psalms of Ascent were songs sung by pilgrims as they traveled up to Jerusalem for worship. They were, in a sense, the original road trip playlist: songs for the climb, songs for the waiting, songs for the weary, songs for the hopeful. To help us enter these psalms visually, we are creating an art wall made up of cassette tape images and printed pieces from the Ascent Mixtape. As you pass by, we hope you will pause, look, read, and listen for the ancient songs that still speak to us today.
