ELDERS: Ruling elders, together with the ministers, exercise leadership, government, spiritual discernment, & discipline and have responsibilities for the life of the congregation. Elders lead the congregation in all aspects of its life and ministry. In other non-profits, Elders would be considered the Board of Directors.

DEACONS: The office of deacon as set forth in Scripture is one of sympathy, witness, and service after the example of Jesus Christ. Deacons care for the congregation in a variety of ways including prayers, cards, flowers, and meals.

TRUSTEES: Trustees are chosen by the congregation as faithful stewards of the congregation's resources by paying attention to and caring for the church's physical and financial health.
